About Zia Capital Management

Marshall Stovall assists in leading the firm’s investment strategy, including its multifamily acquisition and homebuilding verticals.

Prior to Zia Capital, Marshall was at Rockpoint in San Francisco, where he underwrote and asset managed investments across multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial properties, including both developments and stabilized acquisitions. The investments he managed represented approximately $1.2 billion of equity. He began his career in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking group at Bank of America Securities in New York, where he worked on transactions totaling more than $15 billion.

Marshall studied at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
